The Running O Ranch was birthed because of that simple question: why would anyone want to raise an ostrich? Curiosity got the best of me. I fell in love with these amazing creatures and the idea became a goal.
In 2017, my dream came true and the Running O Ranch started with it’s very first 6 chicks. As they say the rest is history.
We now have a successful breeding and incubating program that can produce up to 200 chicks per year, and desire to just keep growing.
Our goal is to give our birds a quality life, contribute to the growth of the ostrich industry here in the United States, and help other ranchers grow and maintain healthy flocks.
